1. Traditional Chinese medicine decoction cannot be completely boiled:
Reset the heating time of "Wuhuo" (insufficient setting time)
2. Leakage at the injection port of the frying machine: The sealing of the solenoid valve is not tight, and it is necessary to open the rear box plate to clean the adhesive film of the solenoid valve
3. The filling switch of the decoction machine is seriously insufficient: there is air in the filling tube. Cut open the bag opening under the packaging machine with scissors, clean it with clean water, exhaust the air, and remove all foreign objects from the filling tube.
4. The packaging tape of the decoction machine is not firmly attached
① Adjust the heat sealing temperature of the upper roller to 100-110;
② Adjust the compression tension of the upper shaft appropriately by tightening the positioning screw and rotating it to the right by 0 to 1 turn (gradually adjusting);
③ Clean the debris on the upper pressure shaft (due to high temperature, the packaging bag is soft and adheres to the upper pressure shaft due to heat, which also causes uneven bonding pressure).
5. Poor cutting effect or continuous cutting: Adjust the positioning screw at one end of the blade shaft appropriately, increase pressure, and rotate it 0.3 to 0.5 turns to the right (gradually adjust).
6. The packaging bag of the decoction machine is not pasted evenly on both sides:
① Clean the dirt on the upper roller shaft;
② Check if the bag roll is correct and if the installation is balanced on both sides
