1、 Confirmation of operation of hot air circulation oven
1. Purpose: To conduct a trial run to confirm whether each part meets the requirements
2. Content confirmation instrument and instrument testing confirmation method:
Check whether the instruments and meters installed in the system have been calibrated and verify the validity of the certificate within its validity period.
Standard: The instruments and meters installed in the system have been inspected and the certificate of conformity is valid.
Confirmation result: Conduct performance verification evaluation based on the performance evaluation table and propose.
② No load temperature distribution
Confirmation method: Place thermometers in different positions of the box, measure the temperature at different positions of the box, and check the temperature distribution inside the box.
Specific operation: Select 16 temperature detectors, with one placed at the air inlet, one at the air outlet, and one at the temperature probe position. The remaining probes are evenly distributed in the center of the corresponding position of the box.
When the temperature reaches the set temperature, read the temperature of the thermometer, record it, and calculate the temperature distribution inside the box for evaluation.
Acceptable standards:
1) The temperature of the box can be controlled between ℃, and the difference between the average temperature inside the box and the set value is ≤± ℃.
2) The difference between the highest and lowest temperatures is less than ℃. Confirmation results: The results are recorded in Appendix 13.
