How much does everyone know about 3D surface measuring instruments? one
A three-dimensional surface measuring instrument is a high-precision measuring instrument used to measure three-dimensional geometric dimensions and positional tolerances. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional projectors and two-dimensional image measurement, and is a high-precision, accurate, and highly reliable measuring instrument that integrates optical, mechanical, electronic, and computer image processing technologies. Capable of detecting the contours, surface shapes, dimensions, angles, and positions of various complex and precision components, and fully automated micro inspection and quality control.
The measurement system of the 3D surface measuring instrument is developed using PCB copying technology. It adopts the principle of white light axial color difference (with better performance than white light interference profilometer and laser interference profilometer) to quickly, repetitively, and high-resolution 3D measurement of the sample surface. The measurement range can range from nanometer level roughness to millimeter level surface morphology, step height, providing a cost-effective measurement solution for the research and production of MEMS, semiconductor materials, solar cells, medical engineering, pharmaceuticals, biomaterials, optical components, ceramics, and * materials.
Three dimensional surface measuring instruments are widely used in industries such as automobiles, electronics, hardware, plastics, and molds. They can accurately detect the size, shape, and positional tolerances of workpieces, thereby completing tasks such as part inspection, shape measurement, and process control.
