The IAS 5100 portable grain analyzer is a series of analysis and detection equipment designed and developed based on near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology. The series of products are mainly suitable for rapid measurement of granular sample components such as soybeans, rapeseed, camellia seeds, wheat, corn, peanuts, barley, rice, sesame, etc.
The rotating mixing measurement device of the IAS-5100 portable near-infrared spectrometer can effectively measure granular samples. At the same time, the instrument is equipped with an automatic calibration device to ensure the stability and performance of the equipment. The one click sampling method is easy to operate and can be easily used by non professionals.

We provide you with a simple and fully automated human interaction system, even if you are not a professional, you can rest assured because it is very simple. One click collection enables fully automated operation of the instrument, with extremely low learning costs; At the same time, the system also comes with automatic calibration and the ability to export measurement results with just one click, making it easier for you to obtain accurate measurement data more quickly. In addition, the hidden touch screen structure designed by the instrument can prevent the maintenance risks caused by most accidental collisions.
We have made a lot of efforts in the usage scenarios of IAS-5100. The device supports unplugged operation and can be charged using a car power supply, allowing you to quickly obtain the measurement data you want in more scenarios. In addition, the instrument is equipped with a fully shaded cover, which can still measure ideal results even under strong outdoor conditions.
The IAS-5100 adopts a full sample rotation scanning system, which ensures that every particle in the sample pool can receive light irradiation. Compared with the problem of only collecting local sample spectra in traditional up and down sampling, this greatly improves the representativeness of sample sampling and allows users to obtain more reliable and representative measurement results. While optimizing the sampling method, IAS-5100 also designed a large-sized sample pool with a collection sample volume of 350mL, which provides more sampling advantages.
